As a guest, what address do I use in my GPS?
Many GPS devices and services recognize our roads have restricted access, however they do not route guests to the correct gate entrance unless the proper address is entered. When directing guests to our neighborhood, please provide them with this address:

Is the Clubhouse available for events?
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we do not anticipate renting the clubhouse until late 2022. Regularly, our 22,000 square foot clubhouse would be available for parties, receptions, business meetings, weddings and more. For more information, rental rates or to schedule a tour please contact us.
Is the pool open for non-resident swimming?
At this time, swimming is only open to residents of Lake Wildwood. Recreation Identification Cards are issued to Lake Wildwood residents.
Is the lake open for non-resident fishing?
No, fishing is only open to residents of Lake Wildwood and their guests. Recreation Identification Cards are issued to Lake Wildwood residents. Any visitors or non-residents must be accompanied by a resident of Lake Wildwood and have a current Recreation Identification Card in order to fish on the lake.
How long will my transponder last?
Like all electronic devices they will wear out, they should last 5 to 6 years which comes out to less than a penny a day.
