Lake Wildwood is a wonderful community with a unique history of being the oldest private (limited access) community in Bibb County, Georgia. This lakeside community began over 40 years ago with twelve founding families. Today, it has over 1,700 homes and a close-knit community of just over 5,000 residents.

 

Lake Wildwood has twenty-eight miles of paved roads and a 186 acre lake. There are areas for swimming, boating, and fishing, as well as leisure activities such as basketball, tennis, mini golf, and playgrounds. The lake is stocked with bass, carp, and brim.
